The beautiful Guyzance Hall and the four spacious holiday cottages surrounding it are set in an exclusive 800 acre country estate located in the breathtaking scenery of Northumberland. All of the properties are available for self catering holidays and weekend breaks and have been recently refurbished to the highest standards.
Guests on the estate can use the tennis court and the indoor heated swimming pool, as well as having access to the wonderful walks on the estate. There is also a private 3 mile stretch of the River Coquet which can be fished for salmon and sea trout and our ghillie is on hand to help and advise.
Guyzance Hall is available for self catering holidays and sleeps up to 24 guests in 12 bedrooms, all with en-suite or private bathrooms. There is plenty of living accommodation with a beautiful Drawing Room, Dining Room, Library, Kitchen, Breakfast Room, Ballroom and Games Room. The Hall's private gardens are spectacular, with a topiary garden, rolling lawns and Victorian walled garden.
West House is a beautifully appointed stone property with four large bedrooms all with en-suite shower or bathrooms. There is a spacious kitchen/ dining room with range cooker and Smeg fridge/ freezer. The lounge has comfortable sofas and an open fire.
The picturesque West Lodge is located on the bank of the Coquet and is perfect for wildlife spotting. The Lodge has 3 en-suite bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, large kitchen/ diner and lounge with open fire and stunning views across the river.
Stable Cottage and Garden Cottage are located at the rear of Guyzance Hall and offer cosy accommodation for 5 guests. They both have three bedrooms, a double, twin and single.
Garden Cottage has a ground floor shower room in addition to a first floor bathroom and a lounge with open fire and dining table and archway through to the kitchen. Stable Cottage has a comfortable lounge with open fire, separate kitchen and dining room with ground floor bathroom.
All of the properties provide linen and towels and include electricity and heating costs. Pets are allowed by arrangement.
